Payment and Refund for OOS
  • Sale system works on first-enquire-first-serve basis.
  • Payment needs to be made within 24 hours from which the e-invoice is sent out. Failure to pay within the stated period will result in the order being opened up to the next person in queue.
  • Backorders needs to be paid before an order is made.
  • In the event that a paid item is out of stock for current stocks/backorders, a full refund will be returned if no replacment item is selected.

Defective Item
  • Paper Polly checks all items before mailing them out. However if a defect is found, please contact us immediately at mailto:paperpolly@hotmail.com.
  • Defective item must be mailed back to us within 7 days from the day of purchase.
  • Any defects reported after 7 days from day of purchase will be deemed null.
  • The same item will be replaced for the defective item. In the event that the item is sold out, you may choose another item that is of the same value.
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE for defective item.
  • Please also note that while colours shown on pictures are adjusted to be as close to actual product as possible, monitor calibration may differ.

Poor Sizing/Wrong Item
  • Customers will bear full responsibilities for poor sizing as the most accurate measurements are provided on the website.
  • We will also not be responsible for the wrong item code quoted to us during your orders.

Lost Parcel
  • Paper Polly will not be held responsible for lost parcels not sent via registered postage.
